Sizing & Fit

What size should I order?
Every product page has a detailed size guide with measurements in inches. We recommend measuring a piece of clothing you already own and love, then comparing to our chart. Sizes generally run S through 3XL depending on the style.

What if it doesn't fit?
You have 14 days from delivery to return any item that doesn't work for you. See our returns page for the full process.

Do you offer plus sizes?
Many of our pieces go up to 2XL or 3XL. Check the size chart on each product page.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Processing takes 1–3 business days. Delivery is typically 7–20 business days within the EU and 10–25 days for the rest of the world. See our shipping page for full details.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes — worldwide.

Will I pay customs or duties?
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These are the customer's responsibility.

Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Allow up to 48 hours after dispatch for tracking to update.

Returns & Refunds

What's your return policy?
14 days from delivery, unworn and unwashed with tags attached. Swimwear and intimate apparel are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Full details on our returns page.

How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 14 days to your original payment method.

Can I exchange an item?
We process exchanges as a return + new order. Return the original for a refund and place a new order for the size or color you want.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and other payment methods shown at checkout.

Is checkout secure?
Yes. We use Shopify's encrypted checkout — your payment details never touch our servers.

What currency are prices in?
EUR by default. Your card issuer will handle any currency conversion.

Products & Care

How do I care for my GANABRASH pieces?
Each product page lists specific care instructions. Most items are machine washable cold, tumble dry low. Always check the label.

Are items true to color?
We work hard to represent colors accurately, but slight variation can occur due to screen settings and lighting. If a color is significantly off, contact us.
