Returns & Exchanges

If something isn't right, we'll make it right. Here's how returns work at GANABRASH.

The basics

  • 14 days from delivery to return any eligible item
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached
  • Refunds go to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return
  • Customers cover return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

What's not returnable

  • Swimwear and intimate apparel (hygiene)
  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned damaged, worn, or without original packaging

How to return

  1. Email sales@ganabrash.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and which items you want to return.
  2. We'll reply within 2 business days with the return address and instructions.
  3. Ship the items back within 14 days. Use a trackable shipping service — we can't process refunds for packages we don't receive.
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process the refund. Bank processing can take a few additional business days to show on your statement.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email sales@ganabrash.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Exchanges

We process exchanges as a return + new order. Return the original for a refund, then place a new order for the size or color you want. This is the fastest way to get the right piece — no waiting for us to receive your return first.

EU 14-day right of withdrawal

If you're shopping from the EU, you also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law. This is in addition to our return policy — you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason.
