We ship GANABRASH worldwide from our European and overseas fulfillment partners. Here's what to expect.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday excluding holidays. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Shipping costs

Calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight. Any free-shipping thresholds will be visible before payment.

Customs & duties

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the recipient's responsibility and aren't included in the product or shipping price. Check with your local customs office for specifics.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.

Split shipments

If your order contains items from different warehouses, they may arrive in separate packages on different days. Each shipment gets its own tracking number.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to sender, you'll be responsible for the cost of reshipment.
